Come alongside adults and children through the process of preparing for baptism.
The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is a process developed by the Catholic Church for prospective converts to Catholicism who are above the age of infant baptism. Members of the OCIA leadership team have roles of prayer, listening, support, conversation, facilitator and witness as candidates are gradually introduced to aspects of Catholic beliefs and practices.
