ACTS RETREATS
What is ACTS?
ACTS is a three-day Catholic lay retreat presented by fellow parishioners. The retreat begins Thursday evening and concludes Sunday with Mass celebrated with the parish community. Men's and women's retreats are offered separately.
The weekend is centered on:
Adoration
Responding through prayer and worship to receiving God’s gifts of grace, mercy and love
Community
Living and participating in the One Body of Christ as Church, beginning with the parish
Theology
Deepening our relationship with God through prayerful study to better understand and fulfill His will for our lives
Service
Answering the call to discipleship by following the model Christ gave us
The Purpose of an ACTS Retreat
To help each retreatant experience God’s love and joy, deepen their faith, and return to daily life with a renewed desire to love God, serve others, and become more involved in the parish community.
